Stress, unfortunately, has become part and parcel of our society. We overstep our limits and become hypersensitive, fatigued and eventually ill. Stress in itself is not negative, but when it becomes too much, it becomes increasingly difficult to deal with it. And that is where I would like to help you, to reverse this negative spiral.
